How do we deliver orders within Germany?
Depending on article and delivery address, we deliver either with UPS or with a forwarding agency. Deliveries to post office boxes are not possible. The transport costs are depending on weight and volume of the ordered products. Delivery by parcel service:
Usually, the delivery occurs within 2-4 working days after incoming payment if the product is in stock. To quarantee a trouble-free process, we need your delivery address, where we can find you or another representative.
Delivery by forwarding agency:
Usually, the delivery occurs within 2-4 working days after incoming payment if the product is in stock. The forwarding agency will contact you by phone one day before the delivery arrives to agree upon an appointment for the delivery. Delivery time: Generally, we can deliver immediately. Still, delivery bottlenecks can occur so that you may have to face delayed deliveries. Contractual partner / Sales contract:
If you order at our RoFlexs online shop via fax oder phone, the contractual partner of the customer is RoFlexs GmbH. The sales contract is legally concluded with the confirmation of order to a permanent medium, via email, fax or mail or lastly with the delivery.
Which payment methods do you have within national territory?
3. Cash on delivery, additional C.O.D. charges have to be paid by the customer. For parcel deliveries the costs are 10,00 €, for deliveries by forwarding agency 7 percent of the invoice amount must be paid.
